Salesforce Developer – Key Requirements
• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have:
• Platform Developer II (PD2) certification
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Salesforce Consultant – Key Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting and client projects
• Certification in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Experience in business process modeling and solution design
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Confident in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and creating documentation
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic understanding of Salesforce technical capabilities
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
