ERP – HR Module Specialist (Tech-Oriented)

We're hiring an ERP – HR Module Specialist to join our client’s HR systems integration team. You’ll work with a global HR and IT team to automate, optimize, and secure HR processes within a cloud-based ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain the HR module in the ERP system (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle, Workday).

  
  

• Support and troubleshoot HR-related ERP functions, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction.

  
  

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to automate HR processes such as onboarding, payroll, time management, performance evaluations, and employee data management.

  
  

• Ensure smooth integration of the HR module with other business systems such as finance, payroll, and recruitment.

  
  

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR operations and decision-making.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with data protection laws (GDPR and local regulations) in all HR data handling and processing.

  
  

• Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for new features or updates.

  
  

• Experience with IFS Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems preferred.

  
  

• Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, performance, and employee data management.

  
  

• Good knowledge of process automation, HR analytics, and reporting tools.

  
  

• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy principles (GDPR compliance).

  
  

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in AI-driven process automation.

• Understanding of travel expense and employee mobility modules.

• Hands-on experience with HR integrations (e.g., SmartRecruiters, payroll systems).

• Ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions.
